Tuna Cheese Dip Appetizer
1 cup cream cheese
2 small 5 oz cans tuna
1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/3 cup shredded pepper jack
1/8 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/8 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
(Optional) 1 avocado
Combine cream cheese, drained tuna, cheddar cheese and pepper jack cheese in skillet. Heat ingredients on low until cheese has melted, stir often combining ingredients.
Once all ingredients are combined and heated thoroughly, transfer tuna cheese mixture to small cooking pan. Spread evenly, then add shredded cheeses to top of mixture.
Cook in oven at 375 for 15-20 minutes, until cheese on top has melted and is lightly toasted. Once dish has cooled for a few minutes, garnish with avocado slices around the perimeter of inside of mixture in dish.
Enjoy with thinly sliced fresh artesian bread or crackers.
